Hello and thanks for checking out my blog!
I am a fourth generation farmer and Shorthorn breeder from Jerseyville, IL whose passion for agriculture and telling its stories sent me to a career in Agriculture Communications. Somehow I found myself smitten with a central Illinois Angus and Simmental breeder while attending the University of Illinois. Our passion for livestock, sports and competition drew us together forever. We currently reside near Decatur, IL with our fur children, Mallory & Zoey the Corgi Crew.
I have had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember. My parents were gracious enough to provide me with many cameras throughout my journey as my passion grew. For the last several years I have been shooting natural light photography and livestock events. I love capturing those special moments that one can cherish forever. I also have done a wide variety of design work from wedding invitations to logos, I would love to help make your design ideas come to life.
Currently this “hobby” is in addition to my full time job as the Marketing Manager for AGCO Grain and Protein. I have high hopes for it to grow in the future. Please feel free to reach out to me to book your own session or if you have any questions.
